UCLA’s Tony Parker and Gyorgy Goloman sustain leg injuries
UCLA basketball forward Tony Parker, a returning starter and the team’s only senior, injured his left foot and is wearing a walking boot.
A UCLA spokesman described the boot as a “precaution.”
He added that, “The extent of the injury is continuing to be evaluated.”
Parker averaged 11.5 points and 6.7 rebounds in 24.6 minutes per game last season.
Another UCLA forward, Gyorgy Goloman, is also being evaluated for a leg injury.
UCLA begins its season against Monmouth at Pauley Pavilion on Nov. 13.
