USC’s 35-10 victory over Oregon State moved the Trojans up two spots to No. 16 in the Associated Press media poll on Sunday.

Florida State is No. 1 followed by Oregon, Alabama, Oklahoma and Auburn.

USC, 3-1 overall and 2-0 in Pac-12 Conference play, entered the Oregon State game ranked No. 18. The Trojans had fallen from No. 9 after their loss at Boston College on Sept. 13.

USC plays Arizona State on Saturday in a Pac-12 South game.

The previously No. 15-ranked Sun Devils are coming off a loss against UCLA on Thursday night. Arizona State fell out of the top 25.
