Walk on the Amazon’s wild side in Peru and Ecuador
Explore the Amazon rain forest by dugout canoe and enjoy the wildlife that thrives there on an 11-day tour that visits Ecuador and Peru.
The tour, designed for travelers who want to visit more than one South American country, begins in Quito, Ecuador’s capital city and a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
Participants meet local residents while in the Amazon, experiencing their culture and way of life. Lima, Peru and the Peruvian Amazon are also on the tour route, along with an overnight stop at the Treehouse Lodge, where travelers sleep “Jungle Book”-style in a real-life treehouse.
