It’s not too early to reserve a river cruise to see Germany’s Oberammergau 2020
It’s never too early to reserve a spot at an event that happens only once every decade.
The Oberammergau Passion Play, which will take place in 2020, will be on the itinerary of two Danube excursions planned by CroisiEurope Cruises.
The eight-day tour includes a six-day Danube cruise from Budapest, Hungary, to Passau, Germany, followed by two days in Oberammergau, Germany, where guests will have orchestra seats for a performance of the town’s famous play.
More than 2,000 villagers are involved in the production, which dates to 1634, that commemorates Christ’s journey into Jerusalem, his death and resurrection.
