Orange County public works move homeless in Anaheim to begin maintenance

Last week, officials from the county’s public works and healthcare agency departments began alerting transients along the Santa Ana riverbed in Anaheim that maintenance was to begin Monday, meaning they had to find somewhere else to stay.
